Movie jobs
Tue Mar 15, 2011
Perhaps I'm just getting old, but I find it tiresome to have the dispelled naivete of a commentator delivered to me as revelation. That someone can make a living doing this is sad; that someone would do so is embarrassing.
Wis. governor proposes union compromise
Tue Mar 8, 2011
Funny, yesterday Walker said discussing the matter with Democrats was "ridiculous." Wonder why it's not so ridiculous to him anymore?
Wall Street treads water after jobs report
Fri Jan 7, 2011
What's this about job creation being "less than economists expected?" When the ADP data was released 3 days ago, they reported 297,000 jobs created in December and that was about 3x what "economists expected." IF that's the case than 103,000 is slightly more but pretty close to what "economists …
Eagle safety fears halt key wind projects
Mon Dec 13, 2010
I'm extremely skeptical about this hacked eagle scenario. Have you seen the current wind turbine technology? They move at about 5 rpm. I find it hard to believe that this poses a risk to any bird, let alone one that can fly at the speed of an eagle.

Delaware Senate candidate: 'I'm not a witch'
Tue Oct 5, 2010
You know, at least Marxism is a political philosophy. You may not like it, but it's at least in the arena of relevance. Witchcraft, that's a whole 'nother area code.
Chrissy the Pooh and Bozo the Clown: The 'Brady Bunch' upbringing of a Tea Party maverick
Sat Oct 2, 2010
How about instead of the celebrity, we focus on the politics. Will the New York Times publish a profile of Mr. Coons? I know he's not a celebrity, but he's running for the same office.
Letterman tosses off mild Bristol Palin jokes
Thu Jul 15, 2010
Nope; you just need to stand up straight, start breathing through your nose, and get an education.
Republican senator says he backs birther lawsuits
Mon Jul 12, 2010
Just curious. If a US senator supports a completely bogus challenge to the legitimacy of POTUS, does that senator risk being charged with treason? I think the punishment for treason is the death penalty, no?
